Precision forge
Our company has the capability to manufacture forgings and die-forgings, with equipment for plastic deformation, heat treatment under controlled atmosphere and vacuum, technological and protective coatings, enabling the production of high complexity forgings.
The diversity of the forging and die-forging equipment enables the implementation of up-to-date manufacture techniques, covering a wide segment of the range of non-ferrous and ferrous alloys and of the Ni-base super alloys used to produce components for aircraft engines and mechanical systems. These enable operations as extrusion, upsetting, preliminary and final die-forging of the semi products, deburring and hot straightening.
The range of high complexity and accuracy components, manufactured by our company includes blades and vanes for turbo-jet engines and power turbines, made in Al- and Ti-base alloys, heat resistant steels and super alloys.
The quality of the manufactured components is controlled by a variety of dimensional, metallurgical and nondestructive tests, made with special equipment. Also, we produce the parts for the automotive industry (connecting rods, levers for engine, universal joints, gears etc.).
